Casa Magica (Magic House) is located on a one hectare site in the heart of El Penedès (Catalunya, Spain), a region famous for its wines and Cava. The two storey house lies just outside the town of Sant Quinti de Mediona and enjoys fine views of nearby pine covered hills. The area is ideally located for all types of outdoor activities.

We are happy to share our property with friends and their families. Our guests have the use of the entire ground floor of the house; 3 double bedrooms, a small kitchen, a shared bathroom and a large salon area with its own bar and open fireplace. The space is ideal for a family or for a small group of friends. Parking is available and there is storage for bikes. The house features a 12 metre swimming pool (open April-September) and ample grounds in which guests can walk and relax.
